Airsoft And The VCR Bill

From the 1st of October 2007, the laws regarding airsoft guns (in the UK only) have changed. This is a brief summary of those changes, more information can be found here: WWW.UKARA.ORG.UK
If you are under 18 years of age, it is now illegal for you to buy an airsoft gun or any other replica firearm. It will also be illegal for anyone to sell one to you, whether you are a skirmisher or not.
Over 18s will have to prove that they are airsoft skirmishers. They can do this by taking out membership of an airsoft site which holds third-party liability insurance. In order to enable online sales, UKARA the retailers organisation, has set up a database to which sites can submit their members details.
Once a player is verified & on the database, any UKARA member can quickly check that a purchaser is a member entitled to buy an airsoft gun.
Airsoft skirmishers' are only one of the groups awarded an official exemption within the VCR Bill.
Military reinactment group members, film/TV production, theatres and museums complete the list of exempt bodies. The VCRA applies to sales within the U.K. only, overseas sales are not affected.

We have just added Goretex jackets in ACU and Woodland Marpat to our selection. These jackets are made with loads of features, such as full lining, dump pockets left and right, upper arm pocket, and slash pockets at the hip.
Price on the ACU and Marpat goretex jackets is £65.00 each, and they are perfect for the rainy early spring season. Sizes are currently M, L and XL (M and XL for Woodland Marpat, and we will be adding L to the size range as soon as it becomes available).

We have also extended our range of MOLLE with the addition of the the Bulle MOLLE Cutaway armour carrier vest as a MOLLE base in its own right. The price for the Bulle MOLLE Cutaway armour carrier vest is £75.00, and there are options for CB (Coyote Brown/Desert) and OG (Olive Green).

Due to popular demand, we are trialling a releasable MOLLE armour carrier with pouches in Flecktarn. The MOLLE armour carrier is similar in design to the Bulle MOLLE RACV, with the release mechanism working in the same way over the shoulder. The main fabric of the MOLLE armour carrier is in flecktarn, with the MOLLE PALS webbing in olive green.

The additional pouches and accessories that come with the vest are: 1x velcro admin pouch, 1x double magazine pouch, 1x triple magazine pouch, 1x PRC MBITR radio pouch, 1x stow bag, 2x single pistol magazine pouch and 1pr of upper arm protectors. The pouches can attach to any US style MOLLE system with 25mm wide PALS webbing.

Price on the whole set is £99.50.
